Bar Staal opens
On 1 June we open our doors at the Schinkel. Coffee from 8.30, and from 12.00 one all-day menu where everything's available all day. An espresso at the bar, a quick bite between meetings, a long lunch with oysters or drinks on the terrace while the sun slides across the water. Bar Staal is the next generation of Vooges: the same familiar hospitality, with a fresh, easygoing energy. See you soon.

The Vooges family has opened a new restaurant with a 180-degree view of the IJ River. It's the perfect spot when the sun is high in the sky. You can visit year-round to feel like you're on the Mediterranean Riviera. But inside, it's just as cozy for those chilly winter days. Our culinary team is led by Mr. Vooges, and we serve a range of mediterran and modern european classics.
